Her long auburn hair is curled at the ends and her bangs sweep to the right. The dress comes down in two layers with an additional piece at the front. A black corset can be seen layered over a white blouse.
Suiseiseki is the third Rozen Maiden doll to be created and is Souseiseki's older twin. Suiseiseki is described by Shinku as the most timid, as shown by her first impression. Besides being shy and nervous, she was very distrustful of humans. She's also shown to be mischievous, somewhat abusive, and taunting to Jun Sakurada and Hinaichigo.
However, despite her attitude towards Jun, Suiseiseki actually cares a great deal for him, and her attempts to cover that up usually come in the form of more insults. In fact, she cares deeply for everyone in her life, even if she does not show it outwardly.
Suiseiseki also concerns herself very much with her twin sister, Souseiseki, and was devastated when Suigintou took away her Rosa Mystica. Suiseiseki was the third doll to be created by Rozen. Like the rest of the first 6 dolls, she spent her first days in the Miniature Garden. Unlike most of the first 6, she and Souseiseki stuck together and the two tended to the orchard and rose garden the Miniature Garden held and the two also made a home out of a wardrobe.
Sometime later, she receives the Artificial Spirit , Meimei , from Rozen. Eventually she notices that Rozen has stopped visiting them again, delighting in sharing this with Shinku who becomes distressed again.
Much later, she tells the rest of the dolls at their tea party that at this point they've gone mad with boredom. The rest of the dolls discuss the possiblity of the seventh doll being created. When Souseiseki tells her to stop talking, she instead loudly exclaims that they've all become "junk" like the garden they live in. Laplace's Demon arrives and informs them that Rozen has given them a new purpose, the Alice Game.
Suigintou is the first to join, as she wants nothing more than to escape the garden and become the supreme girl. She is Suigintou's master, but has a complicated relationship with her.
Megu considers her as the dark angel who has come to take her life away. Suigintou often calls her a sick and insane master, who is suited for her. She is also the first person Suigintou has ever cared about besides Rozen. Suigintou often worries about Megu's health. She cares about her to the point that she promises that they will die together. Suigintou and Shinku are not close, but are shown to be more as rivals rather than as enemies, There is a situation where the two are forced to cooperate together to defeat Kirakishou, and whilst they have arguments and generally bicker comically amongst themselves, they are not mortal enemies.
She is able to spawn a large amount of feathers from her back and make them move at incredible speeds. Suigintou can also create destructive blue flames and use them on her own feathers. Suigintou's varied abilities, particularly when combined with her savagely cunning nature, make her one of the strongest players in the Alice Game.
Suigintou is also shown to use her feathers defensively by using her wings to defend herself from physical attacks.

Her clothing preferences also tend to lean towards a masculine style, though this seems out of other preferences than a clear gender-influenced preference. Souseiseki also tends to be mistaken for male because of this.
When asked, she will identify as female, such as when Kazuha thought she was a boy until she confirmed otherwise. Her attitude towards her masters leans very heavily into actual servitude. She possesses a great amount of respect for her masters, seemingly thinking that they can do no wrong. This can and has caused problems between her and Suiseiseki. She also only refers to her masters as "master" unless they specifically request otherwise.
Even then, she'll usually end up slipping back into the "master" habit. She has a fondness for plants and usually ends up trying to garden whenever possible. In several eras, the Rose Mansion was a favorite spot of hers to garden in, as it contains a huge rose garden like the one back in the Miniature Garden she used to tend to.
The Alice Game is something she respects, but has a clear conflict with. She is not primarily drawn to the game out of a longing for Rozen, but rather to feel a sense of purpose. Identity is an issue with her, and she thinks that if she plays the game, she'll finally feel complete because Suiseiseki's presence reminds her that she is not. This is another conflict between her and Suiseiseki, who does not want to play the game because she feels complete when with Souseiseki. Though Souseiseki says that she will fight Suiseiseki eventually, she still cannot bear to be parted from her and does not cope well when they actually part.
Souseiseki was the fourth doll to be created by Rozen. Like the rest of the first 6 dolls, she spent her first days in the Miniature Garden. Unlike most of the first 6, she and Suiseiseki stuck together and the two tended to the orchard and rose garden the Miniature Garden held and the two also made a home out of a wardrobe.
She would later join the rest of the first 6 in tea parties at Shinku 's request. This would last until they were all bored of this and Suigintou had an outburst, which Souseiseki attempted to divert before it happened.
She and Suiseiseki would later decide to leave the Miniature Garden. Despite the risks, the two decided to do this opting to think of it as just a trip. They later met up again with Shinku apparently not too long after leaving. Shinku explained that she didn't come to fight them, though Souseiseki is wary. When Suiseiseki expresses interest in Shinku's idea of not playing the Alice Game like it was explained to them by Laplace, Souseiseki confronts Suiseiseki over this.
Suiseiseki tells her that she doesn't want to play the game, offending Souseiseki who tells her that it would mean rejecting her identity as a Rozen Maiden. She would later become contracted to Rudolph.
